Inside the Home
The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living room with a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The sitting room offers another cozy spot for reading or relaxing.
A front deck looks out over the reflecting pond, while the covered back porch is perfect for outdoor dining or BBQs.
The main floor primary suite includes a king bed, en suite bathroom, and blackout curtains for sleeping in or catching a sunrise in comfort.
Upstairs Living
The second floor acts like its own private suite. A door at the top of the stairs creates extra privacy for guests or families.
Upstairs features a bonus room with soft carpet, a futon, and a TV—great for movie time, yoga, or meditation.
Three additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.

No Pets Policy
We love animals, but The Heatherwood is not a pet-friendly property. To maintain a clean, allergy-safe environment for all guests, no dogs, cats, or other animals are allowed.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the full home, except the basement and a small cottage at the back of the property. These spaces are private and not part of the rental.
The garage provides access to the main level via interior stairs, but parking is not permitted inside. Items in the garage are for owner use only.

Early or late check-in may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day requests are unlikely due to cleaning schedules.

Water & Septic Info
The Heatherwood runs on a private well and septic system. To protect these systems:
Avoid using sprinklers, kiddie pools, or Slip ‘N Slides
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products
Winter Travel Advisory (October–April)
This area is rural and mountainous, and winter weather can be unpredictable. For safe travel, we recommend:
AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles
Winter or all-season tires with solid tread
Avoiding 2WD or RWD vehicles in snow or ice
The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door. A shovel is provided for guests to keep walkways clear during their stay.
