A vehicle is required. There are no ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) in this area.

Winter Travel Advisory (Oct–Apr)
Delaware County is mountainous and rural. In snowy or icy conditions:

AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles are required
Winter or all-season tires with good tread are strongly recommended
2WD and RWD vehicles will not make it up the driveway in snow
The driveway is maintained and plowed, with gentle curves leading downhill to the house. A shovel is provided for guest use.

Country Living Note
This home is located in a rural setting. While we take precautions, insects or mice may occasionally make their way indoors—especially during colder months when they seek warmth.

If you're sensitive to the presence of wildlife, this may not be the right property for you.

Water & Septic System
The home runs on a private well and septic system. Please help us protect it by:

Conserving water during dry months
Avoiding use of water toys like sprinklers, Slip ‘N Slides, or kiddie pools
Only flushing toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products
These systems are common in rural areas, and misuse can lead to water shortages or damage.
