Great place to stay

Second time around at this property. Very enjoyable and the host is very accommodating. We will be returning in the future.

The experience was good. Good location easy to book, Good Communication. Cleanliness was a bit lacking. A lot of fruit flies.

Not Charming

The property did not meet expectations. It was very dark, the furnishings were poor and now I know why there was no photo of the bathroom. The oven was filthy, kitchen poorly outfitted. The host claimed it was only 79 a night intimating I should be happy with what I got.

Memorial Day

It was, as advertised, an older building. It was spacious, easy to cool with ceiling fans and window air conditioners. Its close proximity to the city park and walkability to cafes and small shops was a plus for me. Stairs, as advertised, were quite steep, narrow, and there were 23 steps, so I would take that under advisement if one has breathing or even minor mobility issues. Hosts were just getting started w/ this new enterprise; therefore, there were a few glitches that the hosts were working quite diligently to remedy.
