This is amazing home with huge indoor and outdoor living areas, private pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area, custom amenities, in a gated community only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. Two additional rooms on-site are also available for an extra fee to accommodate larger families.

With plentiful room to spread out this home features a full kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and outdoor dining area by the pool. You can find peace and quiet in this backyard oasis. For the family that wants space and luxury this is the home.
This is beautiful home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house. There are also two separate bedrooms upstairs above the outdoor dining area that are available for an extra fee.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
