The bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, and the living area invites you to unwind on a sectional sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a 43'' Samsung Smart TV. Completing the allure, a stylish full bathroom with a shower/tub combo awaits.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you'll also have easy access to laundry facilities on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you can't go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

And talk about gilding the lily: the huge recreation deck on the sixth floor offers a large pool, jet spa, sauna, gas BBQ, and children's playground!

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:
- A spacious heated pool, accessible between 9 AM and 9 PM.

- Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

**PLEASE NOTE:
From April 22, 2024, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo complete replacement. Each tower will have 1 elevator replaced at a time. During this period, there will be 3 elevators in operation instead of 4, leading to potentially longer wait times. The project is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. Thank you. **

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses.
