4 bedrooms and 2 full bath walkout to 2 acre grounds- panoramic views of both city and mountains.
Private entrance and one car garage, plus tandem driveway parking for 1-3 more vehicles (not shared with owner).
Fully stocked kitchen with electric range opens to comfortable living room. Electric fireplace keeps it cozy on chilly nights. 55” smart TV for entertainment. Dining room seating for 10.
Master bedroom with queen bed sleeps 2, includes full en suite bathroom. Shared with bonus comfy futon den with smart TV. Sleeps 2
Bunk room for three: full bed below twin. Most comfortable for 3 children or two adults.
Queen bedroom with smart TV with northern mountain views. Sleeps 2.
2nd full bath off main great room.
Gas grill and outdoor dining area overlooking grounds. In ground trampoline and swings for kiddos!
Easy access to nearby hiking trails.
