Three (3) nicely furnished bedrooms with a king, two fulls and one twin. Very bright & roomy house newly renovated. Open concept living room & kitchen with new appliances. Large backyard patio looking at DTLA & front patio to people watch during Dodger games. Very safe & walkable neighborhood.
I'm a season ticket holder to Dodgers & have 2 seats by dugout available
2 security cameras located in front door area and 3 located in back door area. All cameras record from motion alerts 24/7, including during reservation for house and guest safety.

Right next to Dodger Stadium, can't beat no parking traffic and able to walk to and back from the game. Plus walking 10 mins to tons of great food places in Echo Park and Chinatown.
