There is absolutely no subletting. Contracted renter must occupy unit for the duration of the contract. THIS BUILDING IS A 30 DAY MINIMUM STAY BUILDING.

Prior renters will be afforded first right of refusal for the following year. You will have 30 days from your departure date to book the same time the following year. Should you not rebook in 30 days, the time period will go up for rental to other potential renter.

This building is a non-smoking building. No smoking on property, in unit, walkways, lanai, balcony, pool or pool areas.
