Located in the premier gated community of the Currituck Club, this beautiful home with a private pool, hot tub, and several community pool options will have your family wanting to come back year after year. The top level of this home is spacious and airy with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The ship's watch is a cozy space with a private balcony, a sleep sofa, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. When you're ready to retire for the evening everyone can find the right spot with a king and queen en-suite and a queen room and a kids room with a pyramid bunk bed.
Spend the day by the pool as you soak up that Carolina sun and relax in the hot tub in the evenings. Long days at the beach require a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower and barbecues on the grill.

Beach Access: Guests in the Currituck Club are able to use the beach access located near the south gate of the community, located at Yaupon Lane. During the summer season, take advantage of the complimentary trolley service that will transport you and all of your beach gear to and from the access!

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. The fireplace is not operational. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day. The Hammocks Community Pool will be open from May 25-October 13, 2024. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
