You will fall in love with The Big Bass house directly on Lake Tuscaloosa with private boat dock in Northport not Samantha. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 Baths with over 4000 sq ft. Come visit with the whole family or with multiple families and friends.
Coming in for a game, 30 min from the University of Alabama. This home sits on 5 beautiful, wooded acres to enjoy the country setting on the lake. While sitting on the covered front porch enjoy the wildlife such as deer, turkey, cardinals, hummingbirds and much more. The extensive back patio overlooks the gorgeous lake views and large back yard. There is a private dock with fishing poles and kayaks for guests to use.
The home offers 2 master suites with king beds and the 3rd bedrooms has a king bed as well. There is a kids bunk room downstairs that has 2 bunk beds both with full beds on the bottom and twins up top. The kids will also enjoy the extra-large bean bag chair/sleeper. Tons of games for their enjoyment with access to the large backyard. The bunk room also has a private full bathroom.
Enjoy entertaining all your guest in the oversized chef's kitchen, coffee and wine bar. Formal dining room that sits eight plus and eat in space in the kitchen. Each room is equipped with new smart TV's and Dish network with college football, MLB and NFL network sports packages. This is a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Our daughter currently is a student at the University of Alabama. After visiting her and spending time on the lake with our 2 younger boys we fell in love. When we visit we enjoy fishing on the lake, relaxing anywhere in the house, feeding the deer, enjoying nature and visiting our daughter at the university of Alabama. As we live in Florida this is the perfect home away from home.

To us this property is one of a kind. We love how close it is to the University of Alabama yet far enough away to have a change of pace from city.
What makes this property unique
Large house with plenty of room for Friends and Family. The location of our property is one of my favorite benefits. We are directly on Lake Tuscaloosa and also on 5 acres of land.
