Enjoy a family adventure to the Rocky Mountains perfect for ski vacationers! The summit condos are nestled against the slopes of Granby Ranch, and features ski-in / ski-out access via the Kicking Horse Lift as well as pool and hot tub use available at the Inn at Silvercreek. This gorgeous first floor condo has two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a pullout queen bed to sleep up to 6 people. Upon ground level entry, you will find a stocked and completely remodeled kitchen with everything needed to cook meals after a long day on the slopes with countertop seating for four. The kitchen opens to the family room which offers a woodburning fireplace, and large flat screen Smart TV and a beautiful mountain view. Off of the living room is a private balcony for enjoying outdoor space, a breath of fresh mountain air and scenic views. The two private bedrooms are located on either side of the living area and host a queen bed each and feature on suite bathrooms. The bedroom to the right of the living area has an adjoined bathroom for hallway access and access to the deck as well. Delight in activities for every person and every season at Summit View in Granby, Colorado.

As a guest you are able to utilize outdoor/indoor heated pool, community outdoor and indoor hot tubs, arcade, and fitness center only 5 minutes away at the Inn at Silvercreek!

Policies:
- The minimum age to rent this home is 25
- 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is not pet friendly - no exceptions
- This home is non-smoking
- No parties or events
- No oversized vehicles or boats

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
