Excellent location for exploring Santa Cruz by foot and bike

I was looking for a nice, clean, safe spot for the weekend where by daughter and her boyfriend could venture off on foot on their own and I could do my own exploring. This property definitely fit the bill. I used one of the beach cruisers on the property to explore the west side of Santa Crus while the teens went to the boardwalk. I parked my car nearby using the parking pass and didn't need to move it again. The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen pretty well equipped and bedrooms comfortable. I also appreciate how responsive the owners were. Thanks!

Sweet space, comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, appreciated the amenities. Comfortable beds, nice linens. 2 friendly cats live on the property Our only issue was with parking. It's street parking and a bear to find any space. Would be nice to share the driveway parking. Other than that, the place and location are great!

Great for children

The house had a lot of toys that my 3 year old daughter could play with and I thought that was a really great addition that a lot of other short term rentals don’t have. Only problem I have would be the parking. You have to find parking on the street and it gets pretty full

Amazing family getaway

Has everything you need for family travels! Our 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed the toys and air mattress for a fort sleepover in the living room. I loveeee the modern amenities, coffee and tea plus amazingly warm shower. Super thankful for our host! Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks Ashlie :)

Santa Cruz is our home town! This is our family property - Located downtown and a short walk to Beach/Boardwalk. Raising our kiddos here where we were raised is a huge blessing!

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! Leisurely walk downtown for dinner and cocktails! And in the morning pack the family up for a wonderful day at the beach - only a short 1/2 mile walk to the wharf, beaches and boardwalk!
