Lovely 2BD condo with amazing views + free parking
Our special condo is located in the heart of Strathcona which is a newly revitalized area of the city. The area has many artists, unique shops, and many craft breweries within a three-block radius. There are two coffee shops a bakery and a cheese shop just one block away. Come see this great new up-and-coming neighborhood. The building is perfectly located for life with easy access to downtown. Crossroads are Campbell Ave and Glen Drive. Nearby parks are MacLean Park and Strathcona Park. The nearest grocery stores are Man Cheong, Tham's Market, and Les Amis du Fromage. Amazing coffee shops such as Casa Del Caffe and Latin Organic Coffee!

This apartment was a great base for many of the things we did, with an Uber cab you can get to all the beautiful places in this city quickly and cheaply. The whole nesr area was safe.
Strathcona is a really cool up and coming place. Chinatown is amazing as well, just stay away from Main and Hastings.

Very nice apartment. Not great location.
We felt safe and secure at thus property however once outside the building we were a little on edge. The homeless community is only a few blocks to the right once you leave the building. Some straglers wander around down by the apartment building. However it was only a short uber ride to get to many great attractions!

Railroad Just Feet from Building
This condo is lovely, but there are trains running all night extremely close to the building (with bells and noise). This was not made clear. Also, there is only one set of keys/fobs, so everyone has to come and go together. (The elevator does not work without the keys/fob.)
Really enjoyed our condo. Very clean and centrally located to our needs. Would definitely recommend your condo.

Beautiful condo, very clean with a lovely view Walking distance to stores and amenities ( approximately 3 blocks) Condo had everything needed. Area within 2 blocks towards Main St is unfortunately not so nice Many people living on the street Quite disturbing Once past this area, the walk is pleasant.

Loved the condo and the building! The condo was spacious and very close to downtown. Although it is not a walkable area, the bus stop is very close and we were able to park our car rental in the building ( no extra charge ). The condo was very clean, with enough towels and kitchen amenities :)
My buddies and I were in town for the annual dragonboat festival at False Creek. The location was convenient and close enough to the venue for us. The property was clean and it was always nice to come back to after a long day in the sun. There were plenty of cookware and utensils for our group. The view was amazing! The only thing was the noise from the train that would pass through at night, but you can't really control that. The apartment was insulated enough from the sounds of the train. Overall a great experience and i would stay here again if I visit.
We needed a 3 night getaway (from Seattle & work), wanted to explore Vancouver highlights (had never spent time here besides driving thru to other destinations), and not be too spendy. This 2 BR condo fully met those needs. A short drive (or long walk) to many tourist destinations (we explored gorgeous Stanley Park Granville Island, Gastown, West Vancouver - all minutes away by car). Though the condo itself is on a main arterial street, on foot we explored bordering neighborhoods, quiet residential streets with cute, early century houses, discovering hidden gem bakeries (best sourdough at Union Market), coffee shops, & international grocery markets. The apartment’s kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware, & appliances (including coffee grinder & stovetop brewer). We shopped locally & cooked a couple of meals. The beds were extremely comfortable - all agreed. Though small, the bathroom didn’t feel cramped due to well designed storage & shower. Living room was small but comfortable with a sofa/hideabed, oversize chair, & coffee table. Floor to ceiling windows provided nice urban views (plus Netflix & big screen!). Owner communicated well prior to visit and flexed with us on check-in & check-out time. Once onsite, the property manager responded promptly to text messages the 2 times we needed to reachout (once at 10pm). On future trips we’ll likely try other areas of the city but wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

The property itself was really good. It was sparkling clean and safe. I and my family were able to use plenty of clean towels. On the flip side, since it locates in kind of industrial area and just beside a railway, we heard some noises from plants and cargo trains through day and night. It was only one downside. Other than that, it was comfortable.
The property itself is well maintained and clean, as is the unit. Hosts were accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The neighbourhood offers good eats a short walk away, and bus stops steps from the building. I found walking westward was not for us, given the situation in the Downtown East Side, but owners did provide info on this in the binder. Finally, there was no mention of a train running directly behind the building, but I highly recommend earbuds as it made a huge difference in sleep quality. Overall, a good stay & considerate hosts.
The property was in excellent proximity to Strathcona, there is much to eat and enjoy within a short walk. We knew about the neighbourhood having lived nearby for years, but it would have be nice to know that this property is above a train track and backs onto the industrial area with trucks, trains and shipping containers creating noise at all hours of the day, everyday. A little warning would have been honest and appreciated. Also the suggestion of bringing earplugs would have been helpful. A note about requiring the fob for the elevator would be helpful, didn't see any mention in the info binder. Also, a second fob would have been very useful, but having the opportunity to be buzzed in by building manager provided easy access. The suite was just what we needed and was safe, clean and comfortable. Commuication with the property manager was prompt and easy. Aside from the noise, which might not bother some folks, we would recommend this rental property. Thank you.
