We had a great time in Dandridge home. The showers definitely need work with water pressure, but other than that it was a very nice clean place to stay. The neighbors were very nice, and we even bought fresh eggs from their chickens. :)
Beautiful property, lovely home owners who went above and beyond to assist us as the wedding was canceled due to Helene. We were blessed to be safe and the wedding happened at a different location. Sometimes the best laid plans have to change.
Enjoyed this lovely home with two family totaling to 10 people. Plenty of beds and space for all to roam and relax. We sincerely enjoyed the porch area to watch the sunrise and sunset. Neighborhood is calm and we were right next to a cute farm where chickens and cows roam. Wonderful spot for us as we brought three vehicles with kayaks, a jet ski, a motorcycle. Definetly recommend renting a boat from the owner - good price and wonderful plan to spend a day on the lake. Owner was super responsive and wonderful online app with tips and a guide of the space + area.
Booked this for a work trip with 5 other ladies while we grand opened the Shoe Sensation in Jefferson City. It was a great location to Jeff City. House was more than enough space for the 6 of us and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. It was extremely clean. The view and hot tub were great after a long day's work. The commute into Sevierville and Pigeon Forge was easy as well. The property mgr was on point and answered all my questions before our stay promptly. I will definitely use any property she has again.
I'll go ahead and address the few negatives and then will talk about the many positives. I still gave the property 5 stars but it needs some repairs done as well as a few items added for safety reasons. Several of the interior doors would not close/lock, the ice maker barely works, trash can liners would not fit, etc. My husband fell by the hot tub because it was very slippery out there. A simple outdoor rug would fix that problem. Also, the main bathroom tub is very slippery and hard to get in and out of so something in that tub would be helpful. Just be aware that none of the bathroom setups are really suitable for mobility impaired because you would either have to climb stairs or climb into the high tub on the main level. The distance is pretty far from the action but this trip we wanted to focus more on just being together so it was fine for us. Now, for the good stuff!! Overall, what we needed was space and we definitely had that. The fenced in back yard was perfect with small children. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to pull off a traditonal Thanksgiving meal. We had plenty of room for our crew! The hot tub worked great. There was plenty of room for parking. The view is beautiful! The grandchildren loved the turkeys and animals next door. The laundry area is perfect, closet space is more than sufficient. The living room area is nice and cozy with the fireplace and reclining sofas. Everything was clean. Communication was great! Overall a nice stay!
Perfect for our blended family. More than enough space.
We came from little over six hours away for our youngest daughter’s wedding. My oldest bonus daughter and three kiddos took the lower level, my dad and step mom the middle then our oldest daughter her husband two boy my husband and I took the top level. My only complaint would be you are the most comfortable temperature wise on the middle level. We are fan sleepers so we brought our fan but had to go buy our daughter and her husband a box fan for their room. The ones on the bottom level just put an extra blanket on the bed as that was definitely the coolest place in the house. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and dish liquid) towels and wash rags. Watch the geese landing on the lake both mornings was nice also.
Loved the view of the lake. We had a few minor issues, but Kelsey was very quick to resolve them. We hope to stay again next time we come to visit family.
Absolutely loved the lake/cabin vibe decor. Nice, spacious and well supplied. Few issues but the property manager was just a text away and she worked very hard to resolve all issues. Neighbors were very friendly and the donkey and goats next door provided some nightly entertainment. We highly recommend this lakefront cabin for anyone wanting to get away!!
We loved the cabin. Comfort able and roomy. Only negative feedback we have are the showers. They didn’t work well- especially the one on the main floor.
This cabin was absolutely amazing, our group enjoyed every part of it! The owner is nicest, most understanding person to talk too. Kesley really made our experience great!

Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Nice cabin but far from anything
Part of my issue has nothing to do with this property. I booked a condo in Gatlinburg. When I arrived the condo had been sold. Vrbo told me to find another property and they'll pay the difference if it's a little more. They didn't make up the difference. I paid full price for a cabin advertised to be near pigeon forge. It's an hour drive from pigeon forge. When we arrived there was no code box above the door. We spent over an hour trying to contact someone to help us get in the cabin. The cabin was beautiful but the closest grocery store is several miles away. If you book this cabin, go for the lake, go for solitude, but don't go for Gatlinburg and pigeon forge
