Family Bonanza on a private lake, indoor pool

The Space:
This house is perfect for families with kids, We made it to be a kids heaven with the indoor pool, games , game room and multiple TVs. It is also perfect for adult to kick back and relax at the backyard either enjoying the hot tub, sauna, or just around the firepit or down at the pier.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all parts of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The house is on a private property and very quite and safe. Please be very respectful of the neighbors privacy and try not to get into their driveways. Don’t have your music loud please . Also , the next door neighbor had a very lovely black lab dog her name is Dixie , she sometimes roams around . She’s very sweet and if you call her by her name she’ll spoil you with her hugs 😊 so don’t worry about her if you saw her . The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbors. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :) All your cooperation is highly appreciated .

Getting Around:
you are 10 minutes away from multiple restaurants, groceries, and gas stations.

Other Things to Note:
please supervise your kids around the pool and lake. Please abide with the pool safety policies and make sure you don't enter the pool with absolutely no body lotion, oil, or sun tan because this will cause damages to the pool equipment. If you asked for heating the pool, please turn off the pool heater at night after your done and then turn it on again in the morning to preserve the propane tank. If you planning on big gatherings please let us know . Maximum number of people allowed at an event is 25 in total that includes the number of guests staying overnight . Also not more than 7 cars to be parked in the driveway.

For full disclosure about the pool. Indoor pools are blessings in winter months for our guests to enjoy, but they are unfortunately very hard to perfectly maintain throughout the year. We thankfully have successfully satisfied hundreds of families throught out the past years . But in very few and rare ocassions we do get complaints that the pool water turns slightly green. The reason of discoloration is because property is on well water and well water is high with metals, iron and copper. We add chlorine before every check in and chlorine oxidize with the metal causing the green color. I want to ensure you , eventhough the discoloration might be uncomfortable, but water is regularly tested and safe for use.

I live 35 mintues away and you can reach me at any time of the day or night through text or call
