This location worked out well. Nice quiet neighborhood.
If you have any elderly ppl the stairs going to kitchen and upstairs room doesn’t have handrail but otherwise
A nice place
We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was convenient to restaurants and to Mesa Verde National Park. Home was clean and well-stocked. Backyard had swings and front yard had small basketball hoop for the kids. Was a little warm at night in July without a/c so a few more fans in rooms would have been good with the open windows.

Disliked: Location
FOUR NITE STAY
My family of nine were not happy.
the neighborhood was close to my daughters wedding but the house had a few problems. Could not open back porch door because the neighbor nxt doo had several sitting out drinking and smoking pot (smell). Were not enough towels for 4 nites. One shower head was only spraying in two holes. had to unplug coffee maker or it would keep heating the empty water container

Disappointed / Made the Best of It.
Pros: This home is in a good location and proximity of The Four Corners, Durango, hiking, National Parks, Silverton, etc. It was easy to get to. The owner was quick to respond and was accommodating with requests for basic amenities that were missing from the home. We appreciated her quick attention. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen cabinets and countertops have been nicely updated as well as new carpet upstairs.
Cons: The house was not very clean upon arrival. Our feet and socks got dirty when walking on the hardwood floor. We requested a mop so we could clean. We received a swifter mop with two almost completely empty containers of solution and a handful of disposable mop pads. The pads were literally black when I mopped the floor. The bathroom vents were heavy with dust and would fly into the shower when we showered. There was only one television in the entire house. We had eight adults. No air conditioning. As Midwesterners, we are used to humidity, but we don't like to sleep in it. Fans were in the house, but it was extremely uncomfortable even with the windows open at night. Toaster & coffee pot defective. Garbage disposal didn't work. Bar stools worn out, broken trim and not as comfortable as it should have been for the price we paid. Kitchen was not well stocked. Upon arrival, no bedding for hide-a-bed and not enough towels, no dish towels, no cleaning supplies. As a Travel Agent, I was embarrassed as I am the one who booked this for the group.
The Neighborhood, atmosphere, and home was very nice clean and spacious! I had a great stay with my friends and family. Highly recommend to anybody that has a good amount of guest. Also host was very fast in replying.
