Experience the Bay Area in your quiet, private, comfortable home! You will be close to everything in Silicon Valley, San Jose/ south bay at this centrally located peaceful cottage-like house. Short drive to famous Santana Row shops, 15 min downtown San Jose and SJC airport, 25 mins Santa Cruz beaches, and mountains. Lot of great shopping and restaurants nearby.
Enjoy the large backyard with Gazebo, well stocked kitchen with Keurig Coffee maker, pot, pans, dishes, rice cooker, blender, and much more.
Comfortable and cozy house with an expansive backyard with a Patio Umbrella and outdoor seating, golf practice clubs, etc. House has excellent AC and Heat for summer and winter!
3 bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds, brand new mattresses (one memory foam), Master bedroom includes Ironing board and Iron and a Bathroom with hair dryer.
Living has a smart TV and a comfortable Sofa, and a dining area for seating 6.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with Dishwasher, toaster, grinder, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, instapot, all utensils, cooktop plus oven, china and silver ware, etc.
The home offers a washer and dryer in the garage with detergent.
The location is perfect to access any south bay city within 15 minutes - Saratoga, Willow glen, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and much of San Jose.
During your stay, you will have the entire, private home and backyard to yourself! We want you to make yourself at home and have a wonderful, fun stay -

Home is professionally cleaned and all linens and mattress covers, rugs, towels, etc. are replaced with freshly washed sets between each guest.

This is a beautiful clean house in a quiet, peaceful and very desirable area in Campbell, close to everything in the south bay and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz beaches and mountains. There is a large backyard with lighted Gazebo and outdoor chairs for complete privacy and relaxation looking out to open sky and nearby redwood trees.
