Super close to parkway but you feel like youre in the mountains, secluded from traffic and people. So nice! House is charming and the creek is beautiful. Nature chirping at night, enjoyed from the balcony. A+
Home is clean, beautiful and close to the strip. Check in and out was easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only thing is, no access to the river unless you want to climb down the rocks. Water is about 6 to 7 feet down rocky incline. Kids did make it down to cool off and play some. Water is so beautiful!
We were very pleased with our choice. The house was very open and bright inside. In the past, we stayed in a cabin and it was just too dark and cramped for us.
The location is very convenient to all of the local attractions. The river running behind the house was awesome for the kids. When we arrived to the river was calm and clear where you could see the bottom and as the rains rolled in we were able to see it rise and flow very fast which was cool. We could have definitely brought some floating tubes for the kids to float around when the water was calm.
The decor of the house is a little bit outdated, but it was kept nice and clean so not a big deal for us. The owner was extremely responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had which was really appreciated. One less thing to worry about while on vacation so that was nice.
Overall , We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.
The rental process was very easy. Property was great. Perfect location.

My Family and I have lived here in Eastern Tennessee over 30 years. I love the mountains, the wildlife, the early Spring and the late Fall. My family and I hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Enjoy sitting on the back deck in the morning having a cup of coffee and watching the ducks and geese go up and down the river is the best. You never know what you might see. Maybe even a Bald Eagle out for its morning catch!
