House was cute but not updated. Mold was growing in the kitchen cabinets but maintenance came quickly to clean it up. Nothing extravagant but it was a decent place to lay down at night.

Ginny's Cottage in Oak Island, NC

Beautiful 2 bdrm with comfortable amenities. Short walk to the beach and to 8 different restaurants. Very close to a brewery. Very comfortable! Everything worked as expected! I would come again and stay at Ginny's Cottage.

Great location!

This is a good house for a small family. It located minutes from Caswell Beach and Oak Island pier. May Moore Park is a short walk to the water. Plenty of places to eat and shop are really close by.

Retro beach cottage

We loved our stay at Ginny’s, the house is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved the vintage charm. The location is great! We walked to the beach and enjoyed the fireworks on July 1st.
