Upon walking in, you'll find this luxury suite greets you with wall-to-wall views of the blue water. Along with breathtaking scenery, this getaway boasts of polished tile flooring, luxe furnishings, and a spacious 3,000 square foot layout.

Start your vacation relaxing from your travels in either of the two living areas. One living area is furnished with two large couches and several armchairs so everyone can kick back and enjoy the gorgeous view. It is the perfect place to read and relax when you need a break from the Florida sun.

Your family will gravitate to the second living room for movie nights as this space provides a 75" Smart TV with cable and streaming service apps. Store your favorite beverages in the wine cooler beneath the TV so you can easily grab a few during the movie.

While you can enjoy fantastic views from anywhere inside the condo, nothing compares to seeing it from the 18th floor balcony. Venture outside with a glass of wine and kick back on one of the provided chairs. The condo's wrap-around balcony is unique in that it provides western, northern, and eastern views of Daytona Shores. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean AND the sunset over the Halifax River.

Daytona Shores and Daytona Beach have plenty of fantastic dining options; however, you'll love having the option to stay in and cook in the condo. Between the kitchen's neutral aesthetic and the brilliant blue waves beyond, you'll find cooking a relaxing experience. There's no need to bring anything from home as this space is stocked with dinnerware, cookware, a Keurig, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, and more. When you're ready to eat, you can sit at the counter with two barstools or the dining table for eight.

At the end of the day, everyone will find a bedroom that suits them perfectly. The primary bedroom sleeps two with its king bed and pampers with a private balcony entrance and 55" TV. From bed you have a direct view of the river and the beachy homes around it. This bedroom ensures your nighttime routine is elevated as it has a huge closet area with seating, a luxe bathroom with a jetted tub, and a separate bathroom area with a walk-in shower.

Those staying in the second bedroom will find it equally as relaxing as it provides a king bed, 55" TV, and private balcony access. The bedroom faces the ocean so you can enjoy sunrises from bed. Guests can use the nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub. The third bedroom provides a king bed and has a nearby bathroom with a shower.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a laundry room with a full washer/dryer and wash basin, wireless internet, cable TV, printer, a sleeper sofa, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, books, and the best views of Daytona Shores. There is assigned garage parking for 1 vehicle.

Using the credit card entered for your online reservation, Great Ocean Condos will securely process your $500 down payment. The balance can be conveniently paid via debit card at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3% convenience fee would apply. A vacation planner will contact you to explain the full balance due process and answer any additional questions you may have regarding your reservation. Please Note: Additional fees apply for early check ins and late check outs. If you choose to bring Fido to one of our pet-friendly properties, there is an additional nonrefundable pet fee. $150 per pet, or for stays longer than 28 days, $200 per pet/per month.
