Farmhouse with one bedroom one full bath on the main level. Kitchen has modern appliances , Wood stove is optional for an additional fee. Second story is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin in the bunkroom. Central Heat and Ac with zoning on each level. Deer will greet you as the roam the fields of the 28 acre estate. Located on an asphalt road for easy access to the rear door for the 1 car carport. Full covered porch with rocking chairs.
