Gathered here from 5 different states for a family Wedding at Twin Pines Ranch. It is located very close to a freeway and shopping centers. The house had planty of room for 5 married couples. The beds were on the small end though if you are used a bigger bed; they were all queens/doubles. The kitchen was well stocked. They could have used a new non-stick frying pan. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and spent lots of time catching up with one another in the perfectly cool Southern California weather. No-one used the pool or hot-tub, but they both looked clean and in order. The host lives nearby and he was a great help answering any questions that came up. The wi-fi worked fine and we had no issues with the tvs. The couches are comfy as well.

I spent about a week at this location with a group of friends on vacation in July. When we arrived, the pool was not usable (green from algae and dirty), and the house was very warm (windows open and AC not on during July's 100° weather).
We closed the windows and turned the AC on, which did cool the house by the late evening, but the rearmost bedroom was finicky and you had to turn the controller off and back on to get the AC to turn on each night before bed otherwise the room would get warm.
The owner sent out a pool service guy to service the pool, so it was usable by day 3 of our stay. He noted to us that there had been wildfires on the hillside and nobody had been to the property for a week or so before our visit.
There is a 1 room studio next to the house that is not included, it is a separate rental. There is also a covered carport on the side of the driveway (visible from the patio and pool) that is used often for vehicle repair by the owner/owner's family, so there are often people on the property.
The house is furnished with a complete kitchen and all needed amenities. We had no problems while staying for the week and enjoyed our stay.
