Why they chose this property
It's very convenient, close to downtown but not in the middle of the noise. It has a park and Supermarket near by. Safe area and many buses and tram to get to downtown.
What makes this property unique
Very familiar, open spaces, great view to the city and the mountains. Independent entrance, three elevators. As you can see on details, It's full equipped.
