Great multi family home with everything you need.

We had a great time, beautiful views and well equipped to cook and enjoy evenings after skiing all day. The access to the lodge and ability to leave all our ski gear there was such a great benefit. We met other owners in cascade ridge that were so welcoming and friendly.

Spring Break 2024

This home was great for our Spring Break Ski Trip. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, my 12 year old and my son and his 3 friends. The downstairs bunk room was a perfect place for him and his friends and the movie room was a big hit. The only thing we wish the house had was a TV in the main room by the fire place because the boys took over the movie room, there really was no other place to watch some of the basketball games going on while we were there. The home is ski in ski out but it is really tricky getting back and some work so I would not suggest this for really young children as there is some poling involved and you have to take your skis off at the bottom of White Otter lift and walk up a hill to the Cascade Lift. Once you figure it out, it's not a big deal. The lodge was great and nice to be able to stow all your skis and boots there and just walk a short bit to the house. I would still rent this house again given the difficulty getting home from the runs. It's a great house.

Amazing Place

Beautiful house and lodge with an amazing view of the mountains. Description is very accurate, and the owner was great to work with. The lodge was great, from the locker rooms to the pool/hot tub and then the bar and everyone that worked there were so friendly and accommodating. Skiing out is very easy and the lift dropping you off at lodge is amazing. The trails leading back to the lift are flat at times so can be a lot of work for inexperienced skiers.

Spectacular!

This house is truly wonderful. The views, as everyone says, are spectacular. The host could not have been more helpful with any questions we had about the area. We got snowed in without snow tires and she helped us arrange grocery delivery and rides to the mountain. We will definitely be back!

Annual ski trip.

The house was spectacular. Plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, and lodge with amenities was also excellent. The only thing I would say is that the ski on ski off is a little inaccurate. You ski down to a lift that takes you to the main base. But in the afternoon, you have to take 2 lifts to get back to the development. First 2 days you had to hike uphill about 30 yards to get to this lift. Later in the week we found a trail that crossed a snow-covered parking lot which enabled us to ski down to this lift. Despite this, this is an exceptional house that I would absolutely rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Quiet and Private Neighborhood

The home was well appointed with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fantastic views. The hosts were quick in answering my questions and providing tips on how to get the most from our stay. The lodge provided a good place to store our ski gear - the boot and glove dryers were a nice amenity. Ski out is really easy, ski back was a little tricky on the first day, but we got the hang of it. Overall it was a great ski adventure for the family and we enjoyed our stay in Cascade Ridge!

Beautiful Big Sky Home

Our trip was incredible. The house was so much fun and had everything ! They even helped me get a Christmas tree in the house so we could celebrate Christmas there with my kids. The slopes are SO close. The mountain is truly fabulous. The views from every single window were breath taking. Highly highly recommend!!

Views from Heaven!

The property is awesome! Quiet and easily accessible. Only minor issues occurred, such as some ongoing construction nearby that created excessive dust and loud noises during the day time period. The view from the cascade ridge is out of this world! Had a full rainbow after an afternoon rain one day! Awesome!

Summer in Big Sky

This house was fantastic. The views alone are worth it, but the house is spectacular too. It was enough space for our large family and the movie room was an added bonus. Loved the location near the Big Sky Resort and town center.

Magnificent Mountain House

This property exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. The location (at 8500 feet; be careful if anyone is sensitie to altitude) among the mountains of Big Sky was perfect. We had magnificent views from every window and terrace, yet we were only 10 minutes drive from the "town" where restaurants, shops, and grocery stores were readily available. The interior furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, especially the beds. The house was very large (3 floors) and the layout of the bedrooms on different floors insured privacy for everyone. An added bonus was the Lodge with its pool, game room, and bar-- it was a minute walk up the hill from the house. Our grandchildren loved it, as well as the dumbwaiter in the house, which provided hours of fun for them. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful spot in the mountions for a large group, this is it!

What. A. View.

Stayed with my family for 5 days in mid-August, and VERY impressed. The home is perched on the side of Cascade Ridge, essentially a cliffside far above the village at Big Sky Resort. When you first arrive, what's visible from the road/driveway looks very small — but as soon as you walk in, you realize that's because the house cascades down from that small balcony/upper level to a massive open living space, dining area and kitchen. Hidden behind the kitchen is a large TV room with wrap-around couch (which my kids used to full advantage by plugging in their Switch), and behind the enormous stone fireplace there's a master bedroom (with its own gas fireplace) and large master bath. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms (1 King, 1 2x twins, 1 4x bunk twins) and two additional full baths, plus a laundry room. Everything is fully decked out in mountain home/luxury log cabin style — very attractive, very comfortable. But really... this house is all about the views. Because of the home's location, you can't actually see Lone Peak Mountain — but you won't miss that at all, because the house has absolutely craaaaaaazy views across the Gallatin Range, across the resort to the trails on Andesite Mountain, and down the valley towards the town. Even with all of the smoke in the air (wildfire season across the West) we could see forever, or something close to it, from almost every room in the house. The two levels of decks offer even more amazing exposure and views. A couple of things to keep in mind, if you're a summer visitor: 1) Fire season is a real thing in the summer — so the significant smoke levels (we saw AQIs in the 180s) combined with the thin air (the house is at roughly 8500ft) did make it a bit challenging to catch your breath, and also affected the views. 2) The house has no A/C or ceiling fans, and while "open the windows to get natural Montana A/C" is cute, mid-August is Mid-August, which means that especially on the main living area/Master bedroom level, it can get uncomfortably hot over the course of the day and into the evening. The bedrooms on the lower level stayed pretty cool, but that wasn't the case in the master bedroom. So! Huge, beautiful house. Ridiculous views. Terrific location (~15 mins from downtown Big Sky, 1:15 from Bozeman, 1:15 from the West Entrance to Yellowstone). Sometimes gets pretty toasty in the summer. Great experience with the property management co. Highly recommended!

Lifetime Memories in Big Sky

A beautiful home in a high-end development that is currently building multiple new homes (it wasn't an issue for us - there is construction everywhere in Bozeman/Big Sky). Gorgeous mountain views. Floor to vaulted ceiling windows are dramatic. All the amenities you could want, especially the chef's kitchen. Brian and Sam were super helpful. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.
