I lived in this home for 5 years before moving away from New Orleans. After several years of renting this space to travelers, I recently decided to completely re-do the aesthetic to create a sense of peace and tranquility.

The space is perfectly curated for longer term guests who are looking to enjoy remote working opportunities, digital nomads, as well as travelling professionals on temporary assignments.

What makes this property unique

This condo is uniquely located on the St. Charles Ave streetcar line with easy access to Tulane/Loyola Universities in addition to Downtown/French Quarter. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of the action, within walking distance from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and much more.
