Welcome to our beach front vacation home at Ocean Blue in Myrtle Beach, SC. This million dollar condo unit is decorated with all the residential features that you would find in your own home, at a rentable reasonable price. The condo is located on the 8th floor ,center unit, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular view.

This condo holds up to 10 people comfortably, perfect for a family vacation or an executive golfer trip with friends. We have 4 dedicated bedrooms with 5 deluxe beds. All bedrooms have Sony-HD flat panel LCD TVs with cable. An entertainment center is located in the living room with a Sony-HD 52' TV with blue-ray player, Apple TV and home theater, just in case you want to see a sports game or movie in style. Dedicated land line is available at no cost for our guest inside the unit, for all local calls. High-speed wireless internet access is available from anywhere in the unit or site at no cost, for those business executives or family.

You can checkin to the unit as early as 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure.

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river, Jacuzzi, exercise room. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building and unit so you will never lose keys. Building is very clean and well maintained facility. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (3rd Floor) for your own/rented vehicle as well as a visitor spot for that extra vehicle. You are only allowed to have 2 vehicles parked in the Ocean Blue Garage. Please note that no motorcycles, trailers or RVs are allowed. For additional parking there is a garage next door that charges per day per vehicle at an extra price.

Amazing stay

Great place to stay !

My family stayed here for a week, it was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with all the things you need , just bought groceries and cooked our meals . Clean , pools are great ! Easy access to beach. Easy access to attractions and things to do in Myrtle Beach, would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning! Really appreciated the hand soap in each bathroom, the dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap being included in the rental. We will stay here again for our next trip!

Forget your Bad shots !!!

No matter what happened on the Golf course all week, I instantly forgot about it when I returned to Ocean Blue. . . the only negative was that parking spaces were a bit narrow.

Most Comfortable Family Vacation

We have a large family and brought 2 high school friends. More than enough room for the 9 of us. The beds and linnens are top quality, TVs in every room. Easy access to the beach with a short walk to great resturants. Less than 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport. We will definetly be back!!!!!

It was nice. The information about smoking on the balcony was not consistent accross all the rules that were provided. So we didn't smoke out there but you may want to clarify better if guest are allowed to or not.

Place was beautiful. Great location.

The condo was as pictured. Set up nicely with bathrooms for each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and everything was provided. Parking is a pain if you have more than two cars but you can pay to park next door just inconvenient. Perfect setting for 3 couples or a family. Beach was empty in March. Would consider staying here again.

Rough Week

The property was under renovations. Both indoor pools closed. No TV! Owner didn’t pay his cable bill I guess. Contacted owner and asked me if I figured the TV’s out yet? Took a few days to get that response. Finally on Wednesday he says he will send someone out and obviously no one came.

This is the 3rd time staying in this condo. We come here to relax and spend time at the beach. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities. The building is quiet and well maintained. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dinnerware, silverware, glasses and cookware. The entry code did not work but 1 quick call to the property manager remedied this. We had no complaints and hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect in every way!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and will have to say this was one of the best. Five of us girls rented this condo for a girls getaway. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths was fantastic. But the view is what makes this place really spectacular. From the moment you walk in you have that "WOW" factor. The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. ALL of the beds were comfortable. Thank you so much for making our weekend very special. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future adventures.

Enjoyable Stay

The location of this property is south of the boardwalk and promenade, but close to Broadway at the Beach and Market Common, two really neat shopping/restaurant areas. The unit was comfortable and spacious, although the furniture was relatively imposing for the space. Our patio was large, which accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. We were up close and personal with the beach, which was wonderful to enjoy from our patio! The pools were nice, and the lazy River was indeed lazy. The hot tub was not working properly, so most of the time it couldn’t be used. All in all, we enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property.

Mothers day vacation with my grown Children

Loved it, the only problem was there is only 2 parking spaces and we had 4 cars for the 8 people that were on this trip. We came from differen places up and down the East coast. There is extra parking at the hotel next door, but it costs $13.00 a day to have a car park there. Saturday from 4pm to Saturday 10am is counted as 8 days and costs over $100 for each car parked there.

Fall Beach Trip

Very comfortable, well furnished luxury condo with a great view of the ocean and sunrise. We had three couples and could easily accommodate a fourth. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo was clean when we arrived. With the limited parking, the more busy times of the year could be an issue for more than two cars. It would be helpful to provide a plan for overflow parking. The two large elevators were a plus. On site staff did a great job during the rain storm. This was our second year and we plan to return next fall.

Ocean Blue -802 Lovely unit. Lots of extra's in the unit. Appreciated the beach umbrella & toys. Only suggestion would be a room darkening shade in the bedroom to the right off the entry. Also kitchen sink faucet drips & is on sideways.

Dishonest Property owner

The property was fine for the exception of hair in the master bedroom shower stall and a shortage of towels. We had to wash daily; however, these are small issues. Shortly after we left, the owner reached out to us and stated that we left the unit a mess. And, and there was property damage. I asked the owner for pictures, and we never received any photos of the mess or damage. I can assure you my family left this unit, almost if not better, than we found it. I have this feeling that the homeowner is taking advantage of the system for extra money.

We hope that you enjoy and relish the time spent in our condo, as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Couple years ago we came to play golf in Myrtle Beach and another person recommend this property for our corporate gulf trip. It was a perfect location, 10 minutes away from the airport and the beach is just a couple of steps away from the building. Not to mention the amazing condo unit, everything was top of the line perfect for my business guest. After a great round of golf the group went to the condo, relaxed on the ocean or some went to the hot tub / pool. It had everything we needed plus it was secure.

What makes this property unique

The best part of this condo unit is that it can be used for business or simply come down and have a great week with the family. The ocean is right there and the sunsets are magnificent from the balcony on the 8th Floor. The airport is less than 10 minutes away, so you don't have to worry about those long 30 minutes expensive taxi rides. Just over all its a great place to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach.
