We loved our stay at The Palms, Jensen Beach! This cozy bungalow met all of our expectations and more…great location and accommodations!
Friendly and attentive property manager/owner!
Our reservations are all set for 2025…The Palms!

Really liked it, ideal for one person. Dealing with VBBO is difficult and the code for the door needs to come before you leave home particularly where international travellers are concerned. Not eveybody has mobile phone access travelling abroad
I loved the property. It was private and very clean. Everything one needed was supplied. The deck was amazing with a great view. Would love to stay there next year but a longer stay! When is a good time to see availability next year?

Adequate but nothing fancy
A few improvements would make it a great place to stay. Adequate for two, a bit uncomfortable for 4. Bathroom is located in the master bedroom but doesn't have a door. Linens needed washed and some attention to the exterior would be nice. The pull out sofa was way beyond it's prime and needs replaced.
Love this place! Perfect for two. Wonderful deck and view! My Mom and I were there for a week, visiting with Family and Friends. Mom is a little handicapped, and this was perfect. A little problem with the well water, but Ron was on it, and it was only a short problem for us. Ron is an excellent Property Manager. Love, love, love the terrazzo floors. will rent again!

“Could be” Spectacular.
Very Very Dirty. We weren’t able to get inside when we arrived because the code provided to unlock the door did not work. Had to contact host to obtain access. I had high hopes for this hillside vacation rental but our stay was anything but pleasant. The location is close to downtown and the view is great but those are the only positives. The house was beyond dirty and doesn’t seem well maintained. Paying a steep $150 cleaning fee and showing up to a filthy house was very disappointing. There was a dead roach on the floor as well as many other dead and living bugs through out the place. There was also a half eaten jolly rancher on the floor and several sticky spots on the floor in the living room. I had spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black like a dirty soiled white sock. We decided after this to keep our shoes on. Both chairs in the living room had dirt on them hiding under the pillows. The trash can lid has a sticky spill on it. There were various splatter marks of dirt or who knows what on doors, walls and kitchen blinds. Cabinets had grime on them. There was a used hair scrunchie under the bed. The bed did not sit level because the corner of the bedroom floor was severely sloping as if there were serious foundation issues. The bedding had various stains and hair and the pillows were even worse! We ended up sleeping fully clothed on top of the bed. The shower floor was dirty, the curtain had mold on it and was yellow at the bottom. There was a long hair on the shower wall that wasn’t ours. The towels smelt foul like they were used and not washed or put away while still wet (mildew type scent). Pets are allowed however the property is not pet friendly. It appeared as though there used to be another house on the property that was demolished, and there are chunks of cement and other various building materials spread about the yard. I found several pieces of glass and a few nails while walking my dog. There is also not a lot of grass. It’s always nice when a host provides some snacks however some of the snacks left for us were expired. I sent over 30 photos to Vrbo of the condition of the house. The host has a cleaning crew that I believe is taking advantage of him. The host didn’t try to do anything to resolve the issue and stopped communicating when I asked if I could get a refund on the cleaning fee since the place was clearly not cleaned prior to my visit. A very unpleasant stay!
Tucked away in the hills of the town of Jensen beach and just minutes from my now favorite beach. Very cozy cottage in a great community. Beautiful views of the intercoastal and of the bridge. Just minutes to town and great restaurants and stores. Wonderful walking neighborhood. Great place.
