Close to everything!

Perfect for our short stay. Close to restaurants and shops. We appreciated the abundance of bath towels and the bed was super comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient

The property was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent and we were able to easily walk around Gatlinburg from the condo. The property owners were also very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The best!!

My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway and this condo was perfect. Can’t beat the location…I mean you can walk anywhere from the property. The decor was modern and relaxing. And oh my gosh it was clean top to bottom. Bella kept in touch with us and provided lots of tips and made check-in/chek-out a breeze!

Wonderful Property Management & Very Clean

We did have a small hiccup, but that was resolved VERY quickly and at no fault of the owners. My husband and I were absolutely THRILLED with the cleanliness of the condo and the communication with the property manager. The location couldn’t be better either. We will definitely be booking with them again!

First time ever going to Gatlinburg and this was absolutely the perfect place to stay. Bella the owner could not be any nicer and responds quickly when you email her. Her place is clean and has everything you need. Bed is super comfortable. Location is wonderful and easy to walk to everything. Loved the stream that you have to pass when walking into town. Having the elevators were nice and the luggage carts to bring your luggage to the condo. Pools are nice. Felt very safe here and will definitely book again.

Didn’t intentionally book to stay.

This was not an intentional booking. It was only for 1 night. I contacted the host within a short amount of time of realizing this and could not get a response to be refunded. I have tried multiple time to contact them and VRBO to resolve this and have not received any response. Will never book with VRBO again and wouldn’t recommend the Host.

Cozy and newly updated!

Very clean, very comfortable condo for two people. Bella was very easy to get ahold of and is a very gracious host. Her place is very nicely decorated and everything is in new condition and has a very relaxing vibe. We were close to everything and walked up and down the main drag to most of our points of interest in Gatlinburg which saved us lots of money on parking. This location was perfect bc we were also very close to the entrance to the smokies. And Dollywood. All of our needs were met and we had a really nice time and felt very safe and were super comfortable in this home away from home. I definitely recommend this rental. If it’s available when you are looking don’t hesitate! You can’t go wrong renting this. The pools are a bonus, they were nice and clean. The Pac-Man video game was a splendid addition to this rental. Thank you Bella for a wonderful weekend without worries in Gatlinburg :)

A promised trip.

After a bad accident in June I was in bed for three months. I told my 10 year old daughter we would get out once I was able and this was our trip. The apartment was excellent! She loved the inside pool and we even used the outside one to ease our sore muscles from walking. The area felt safe regardless of where we were day or night. The location to the attractions and the restaurants was great as well. The local Big Daddy’s was our favorite for pizza and sandwiches plus being only few hundred feet away made it even better. We didn’t spend much time In the apartment but we did watch some local tv and Netflix movies. The PAC Man machine inside was a nice touch that we did play everyday😎 The river road was eventful for us because we finally got to see a big Black Bear walking on the rocks at the rivers edge. We used river road more than the main drag because it wasn’t crowded and you can get between both roads in many places as you wish. The beds in the apartment were comfy and the amenities were great. I liked the fact we could park in covered parking which kept the car cool in the heat of the day. The rental was very clean which is another thing I really appreciate. All communication with Bella was easy as well. So in the end as I promised my little girl we had a great time with zero issues in or out of the rental. I appreciated the time with my youngest in such a nice place😎

Great Birthday Weekend!

Highly recommend this property! The owner was great to work with and was able to get us in earlier than the check in as it was my birthday weekend. Smooth and easy! Property is close to everything!

Talk about convenient! This condo / apartment is in a ideal location! If you stay on the mountain, you have to drive to town and pay a daily rate to park each time you decide to have fun in Gatlinburg. With this unit, you park upon arrival and don't even have to use your car again! It's beautiful, fun and cozy. :)
