The Spot! This stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is a newly built house and listed. Beautiful seat down sona and a luxurious separate bathtub. Experience comfort with a 65" Samsung TV and a Huge 135" comfortable sectional sofa. Open kitchen concept, natural light in the living area, and beautiful vinyl floors. Security cameras are ONLY located outside of the house for your safety. All bedrooms are upstairs. House is located in the central downtown of Houston and close to all that the city has to offer.
