I rent with other platforms as well. I'm from Peru and am in-and-out from USA to Peru every couple of months are so. Depending on my work schedule. I love my country and am really happy to know when travelers come and experience everything Peru has to offer. I'm able to give many recommendations to any places you would like to visit.
Why they chose this property
This is the absolute most beautiful area in Peru. Roads are maintained and cleaned daily. Security patrols frequently and it is quiet considering the high traffic Lima has.
What makes this property unique
The beautiful Larcomar is minutes away by foot. Enjoy the ocean breeze as you make your way. Parque del amor and many other parks readily close by as well. Famous parque Kennedy within walking distance. "La Calle de las Pizzas" a few mins away, If you're a runner there is lots of trails to get on. The scenary and proximity it has to various stores is what i really enjoy about the apartment. The location is its biggest quality.
