This 1 story cottage features a large living room, tv, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and an outdoor deck overlooking the community pool area. The master bedroom has a King size bed with TV and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The community where the property is located is called Surf Crest Village. These properties are truly unique from a traditional condominium. This is an oceanfront community of Key West Style beach cottages. There is a gazebo overlooking the ocean, great beach access and a nice swimming pool with clubhouse. Enjoy the privacy of a beach house with the amenities of a condominium. The community has a private gazebo and a walkover to beautiful St. Augustine Beach that is about 300 steps from the cottage. Numerous restaurants, bars, grocery and shops are just a short walk from the cottage.
