Freshly painted with new flooring (no carpets), this end unit townhome is just steps from the beautiful sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf which is just across the street.

The main floor living room has a large flat screen TV, dining for 6 and a full kitchen. You'll find everything you need for all kinds of meal prep here. The deck off the living room has Gulf views and the deck off the kitchen affords a Santa Rosa Sound view. Both decks have dining tables so you can choose the view you want for your snacks and meals.
There is also a sofa sleeper here as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo on this floor.

Upstairs you'll find 2 king-sized bedrooms, one with a Gulf view deck and the other with a Sound view deck. Have your coffee looking at the Gulf and your nightcap gazing at the amazing sunsets Navarre Beach is known for!
There is a full bath in between and an extra sink in the Gulf view bedroom.

Rinse off after a long beach day under the outdoor shower.
Under the house is a gas grill, another table for 4 and parking for 2 cars.
Your small pup (2 max.) is welcome to join you with owner's permission and $200 per pet fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Minimum age to rent is 25 and occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced.
