This place is great! Clean and enough room for our party of 3. Location is prime, we walked everywhere! Host very responsive. Will definitely return to visit our son.
Plenty of room for 2-4, especially if you spend most of your time downtown. Only about $8 Uber to Broadway. Clean and comfortable! The owner worked with us to store our bags for an evening flight out and it was greatly appreciated. Recommended!!
Good property. Older than others I have been to but location IS GREAT. Carpets are old and a bit dirty but one can be ok if gone most of the day. More attention to detail can be had - light bulbs (some were out), freezer a bit dirty, bath tub could use a ‘good’ clean. While everything was ok, again, location is very very very good. Walking distance to sooooo much of music row and broadway. Whole food was but a mile out (great walk). Other than the ‘small’ things that can quickly be taken care of - the place was great. No regrets. :)

Served our purpose
My brother and I went to Nashville to enjoy the weekend and the apartment served the purpose well. The communication with the owner was great. The building and apartment are dated and in an area that is being revitalized which makes it feel even more dated. It gave me the feel of more of a motel versus a nice condo. It has a motel type air conditioning unit with window units in both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. If your looking for a place to lay your head at night this will work, if your looking for a nicer updated atmosphere to spend time in then this may not be your place.
The Good
- Easy and efficient booking process and quick turnaround on confirmation.
- Competitive rates based on location near to city core.
- Close proximity to many venues and points of interest.
- Helpful tips and information, from the host/property mgr., about the city and things to see and do.
- Pleasant decor.
- Adequately equipped with essentials: coffee, towels, hygiene products.
The Not-so-Good
- Unable to access the unit at time of arrival, based on info/code provided. Required a call and was rectified quickly.
- Burnt out lightbulbs at entry and elsewhere within the unit.
- No good calibre knife(s) for food prep.
The BAD
- The front room area rug is so dirty with stains and spills and if not cleanable, should be discarded. Important to note, that this was a previous visitor complaint that was supposed to be rectified.
- Other areas of the unit showed dirt/grime, uncleanliness.
- Drywall repair patches in the bathroom.
The unit should not be offered for rent in this condition. Reflects poorly on the property mgr. Gives the impression of indifference to the guests vs. a best-it-can-be condition.
