Beautifully renovated two-story home with amazing, expansive open bay views. Located in a great, quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the waterfront hot tub or take a swim in the bay while enjoying the views and watersports right in your backyard. The house can be rented in several ways, just one floor or the entire house, whatever fits your budget and needs. The price quoted will be for the entire property minus the ground floor living spaces. It will be for 2/2. If you need the entire house including the ground floor and 4/3 there is an additional fee.

Why they chose this property
Our favorite thing about this house is the amazing views from almost every room. This home is our little piece of heaven. It is always wonderful to spend time here.
What makes this property unique
The house offers all the comforts of home in an updated and coastal decor. No details have been left out. The view from the dining/living room with the wrap-around windows is priceless. Being able to swim in your own backyard and enjoy seeing all the activity on the bay is so much fun! Occasionally we see manatees and dolphins. Hanging out in the spa right by the bay is very relaxing. It's always a treat to spend time here!
