We met the owner's 3 years ago and really liked them so when we saw this cabin was available, we jumped on it. Renewed our friendship again while we were there. Great people. Beautiful place, awesome cabin.
Vivian, the property manager, was extremely attentive and communicative. When she offered to make us breakfast the next day, I did not think she was serious, but she did make us a lovely, plant based very yummy and filling breakfast! The room did not have coffee, nor was that included in breakfast, only tea products. So, if you are a heavy caffeine drinker, expect to bring your own grounds. Vivian lives on the property with two beautiful and rambunctious dogs who start off scared but warm up quickly. The room itself had great amenities including an infrared sauna, huge shower and a gas fire place that warmed the entire room.
Cabin is very cute but ultimately for only 2 people. I requested a VRBO for 4 people in my search engine and this cabin populated that it could accommodate 4 people. Luckily only 3 of us traveled and the owner reached out to me (which was very nice ) so we brought our blow up mattress. The cot that was provided would not have been comfortable for my 18 year old. I’m also grateful the owner communicated the sleeping arrangements but like I mentioned, this cabin should really be under the “2 person” search category and a description that a cot can be provided. A tv would be nice to have, for background noise or for winding down in the evenings. And a manual for the extravagant shower/jacuzzi should be provided. It was pretty interesting. The property manager was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and shared her contact information and was very responsive.

No hot water in our cabin
Property needs some serious upgrades to the water system. The cabins share a hot water heater and it cannot keep up. Stayed here for our wedding weekend and had no hot water in our cabin the first night. The second night, there was no water pressure at all when we got back from our wedding. Took a video of this for proof. Really disappointing. The furnace didn't work either. Hosts apologized and did give a partial refund but communication was terrible when we were dealing with the problem. Would not recommend staying here.
nrecommend staying here.
