Mountain Cove at Indian Wells offers a gated community with views of the mountains and desert along with plenty of greenspace and 3 community pools. This location is close to 5 star restaurants, shopping on El Paseo, golf, tennis and polo. This condo shows like a magazine ad. It offers an open concept with a very large living room, dining area and kitchen. The vaulted ceilings are specular with 3 decks off the kitchen, living room, primary bedroom perfect for entertaining while sitting on new furniture with beautiful outdoor rugs. No expense was spared in this newly updated condo. All new luxury flooring throughout, quartz waterfall countertop in kitchen, new cabinets, gold hardware, white farm sink, Keurig Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle, spices, new BBQ Grill and new GE stainless steel appliances including washer and dryer, ceiling fans and new AC Unit. Lastly, custom window treatments were installed to offer complete privacy. Both en-suite bathrooms have new tile, cabinets and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms have very large closets. All furnishings were sourced from Pottery Barn, West Elm and Crate & Barrel along with local desert boutiques. Both king beds have hybrid mattresses with Pottery Barn bedding. Sit back, relax and get a great nights sleep in this newly remodeled condo that offers all the amenities of home.

Bill and Julie love all things Palm Springs including being able to share their newly remodeled condo with you to enjoy a vacation or work trip. We have 3 kids ( Kyle who lives in Los Angeles with his GF Sierra), Laura and her husband Jake with their 2 kids (our grands) live in Arlington VA and Eric lives in the Midwest. We have a Dog- Henry, and 2 cats, Lacie and Darby. Our favorite thing to do is travel and we enjoy meeting new people along the way.
Why they chose this property
There is nothing else like visiting or living in Indian Wells, CA. It offers the best of everything. From all the desert restaurants and variety of foods, to the best golf courses, world class resorts, El Paseo shopping to antiquing, it has it all. Best of all, it's a 2 hour drive to LA, SD or Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. Lots to see and explore in the desert.
What makes this property unique
Our condo was recently remodeled so everything is new. Once you pull into the gate and you are greeted by security, your drive leads you past a beautiful golf course, million dollar homes and then you step outside of the car at our condo and you can literally touch the mountain. The views are stunning! Palm Trees, to bird watching to the bluest of skies. It is a magical place. Once you step inside, it is the wow factor. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have.
