Charming Mid-Century home in the heart of Historic Hillcrest. The inviting front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the neighborhood ambiance. Inside, an open great room and dining area bathe in natural light from an abundance of windows. Beautiful hardwood floors complement the updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops. Ideally located, this home is just minutes from the Medical District and Downtown, with neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

The spacious, double-lot backyard features a grill and smoker, making it an ideal space for entertaining or unwinding after a busy day.

With three bedrooms and four beds (including an additional rollaway for extra flexibility), there’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and basic spices for all your cooking needs. You’ll also find a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all necessary cleaning and laundry supplies. We ask guests to be mindful of water conservation by washing full loads—after all, drinking water is becoming an increasingly precious resource. Upon arrival, you'll find snacks, and a Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee and tea for your convenience.

Private off-street parking is available in the driveway, accessible via the alley next to the home.

Perfect location

It was such a quiet neighborhood and yet close to so many things! We were at the Capitol in less than ten minutes during morning commute traffic! Charming neighborhood with many options for food and shopping.

Very nice property. Great location. The host was great. I loved all the little extra details , like face mask, eye mask, rolled up towels at the end of your bed. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for gathering with excellent patio

We hosted family and close friends for a UAMS graduation celebration and this was the perfect spot. There’s a nice central area, including living space, kitchen and dining area with bar height table that is all connected and open for visiting. There’s a great patio and backyard with a fire pit and firewood, we did bring extra camp chairs to set up around the fire and had a wonderful time.

Memorial day family getaway

My husband and I had our two daughters, their husbands and my mother. The house was extremely clean, well appointed, well decorated, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts very accommodating and easy to communicate with when a question Rose. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend you stay here also

Little Rock business trip

This is a perfect home in a great location for a couple or family. The hosts were very accommodating & the home exceeded our expectations! It’ close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. It was too cold/icey to enjoy the backyard, but that is a plus in nicer weather. Would stay here anytime we’re back in LR!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We had a great time at this beautiful spacious home. Very nice welcome basket/cake. Also, nice to see there are good amount of supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.), even though we brought most of our own. Beds were very comfortable. Love the decor! It's in a great location Downtown Little Rock. We were able to spend time with family and attend our niece graduation during our time here. The owner's were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Great Stay.

Very nice and accommodating owners. Very prompt to respond with any requests. Had a minor issue with the entry keypad, but the owner was very helpful in giving us access. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and were even supplied wood and fire starter. Very good location. I highly recommend.

Perfection, perfection, perfection!

This was our first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. There is not a thing needed to change or improve this home. The beds are so comfortable, the decor is just right, the kitchen is beautifully stocked, the bathrooms are lovely and the entire house is spotless, yet welcoming and just cozy/comfy! We were delighted with our stay.

Top notch!

Clean, crisp, so much attention on little things…absolutely impressive. The time the owners took to think about the needs of guests is displayed throughout the home. From eye masks beside the beds to air purifiers in the room everything had the guest in mind. This was by far one of the cleanest property’s I’ve ever stayed in. I’m thinking of going back to the area soon just to stay here!!! Time won’t let me say all of the things I want to say but just know…the is the place you need to stay!!! Just please take care of it….the owners deserve that! Good job!

Great place in Hillcrest area

Overall a great experience for our family of 4 staying in town for 5 nights to see family. House is very clean and thoughtfully arranged/prepared. We had plenty of room and it was a great base for us. Very close to Heights and Hillcrest restaurants and stores. The hosts were very attentive and offered lots of great recommendations for local restaurants, shops, and stores (all within walking distance or a very short drive). One of the things we liked was being across the street from the high school and specifically the high school track. It was Thanksgiving week, so school wasn't in session. It allowed us to use the track for family fitness in the mornings! The only thing to be aware of is the ingress/egress to the parking area from the street is a sharp incline. We rented a van and it was hard to come and go without scraping a bit of the bottom of the car. An SUV would have no issue. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you're driving a car with limited ground clearance.
