Very poor establishment

No anti mats in the bath/shower. Very slippery surface. She fell getting out of the shower hit her back and is still in pain. The room is covered in ticks. We had dog who was in our room and I paid for it. Ticks were even on me. Probably the worst on the road experience my wife and I have ever had. Would tell others to avoid the place!
