Nestled in Hickory Hollow Estate back in the Wears Valley community, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable Smoky Mountain escape. There’s a pool table, a hot tub, Theater room and plenty of deck space to relax in the crisp mountain air. Whether you’re in town to visit Dollywood, take a hike with your family— or perhaps do a bit of both— Bears Britches is the perfect home base for your next Tennessee adventure just minutes outside The Great Smoky Mountains National Park or go to The Heavenly Roast for coffee and Baked goods just a few minutes down the road. Enjoy the seasonal pool access & a catch and release fishing pond access at Honeysuckle Meadows.

Make your way up the stairs to the middle level to enter this magnificent cabin. The living area features high ceilings, a stone fireplace and tons of natural Tennessee sunlight. With the beautiful living room furniture situated perfectly for family time or cuddling up to enjoy a movie or the gas fireplace. With two large dining tables there is seating for the entire family separated from the kitchen with a generous granite-topped bar with additional seating for four more. This perfectly designed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space on the bar for serving those great family meals. Everyone in your group will love to gather together here in the mornings while enjoying breakfast and coffee. This floor also has 2 Luxurious king bedrooms with Flat screen Tv’s and a shared bathroom.

The upper level you will find your first gaming area in the open loft with the living room and dining room below. This gaming area has a dart board and a foosball table for your enjoyment along with a Queen size sleeper sofa. You will find two Cloud like King bedrooms with flat screen tv’s that each have private, ensuite bathrooms complete with a jetted tub in each.

Entering the Lower level which features a game room, complete with a full size pool table, 2 multicade systems, a shuffle board table and a large HDTV and kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and stove. Gather the family to enjoy the private theater room just off the gaming area. When you're not exploring the Smoky Mountains enjoy the brand new, top of the line hot tub in the screened in porch. With 3 additional King size bedrooms, one having a Queen sleeper sofa and all having flat screen TVs, there is plenty of space so large groups will have plenty of flexibility to sleep all 18 guests.
