Get away and relax! This larger spacious, fully furnished townhome is located in Wesley Chapel near the Epperson lagoon. The Lagoon is seperate from the my home and they charge a fee to enter the lagoon.

The Lagoon is just a short 7-minute walk to the lagoon where you can enjoy a beautiful resort style beach setting. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy the music, swim up bar and the huge outdoor screen tv where you can watch sporting events and movies provided by the Lagoon for your the family to enjoy. Please contact the lagoon for pricing.

Additionally, there is a free communal pool located near my home for you to enjoy for those who want to swim.

The townhome is located just 5-15 minutes from most popular shopping stores, malls, and the Tampa Outlets. With just a 30–60 minute drive, you will find other major Attractions like Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg Beach, Bush Gardens, Disney, the Tampa Zoo, and the Aquarium for your enjoyment.

The townhome features 10ft high ceilings, plenty of recessed lighting throughout, a kitchen stocked with utensils, a center island with 4 stylist bar stools, a comfortable funished living room near the dining area and sliding glass door that leads to the backyard furnished patio.

The townhome also features a spacious master bedroom that has a full bathroom and a walk-in closet located just off the furnished loft area and laudry room.

There are 2 additional funished bedrooms that share a 2nd full bathroom as well near the upstairs furnished loft.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at Yvonne’s house. Check in was easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals, noodle strainer, pots/pans, utensils and a coffee maker for morning coffee. Location was perfect for us, walking distance to Starbucks and Publix and a short drive to Saint Leo University. We also utilized the community pool which was a short 5 min drive. We would definitely stay at Yvonne’s again.

Good Location

Location-wise, this property couldn’t be beat. Nestled in a nice neighborhood, it offered both tranquility and easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We will stay again.

Good for a quick stay

Overall, the property was clean, well decorated, and had what we needed for a quick volleyball tournament to the area. The property manager was quick to respond when we had troubles getting the front door to lock. Two things that I felt needed addressing areThe size of the driveway. It is a very small one car driveway and imy large suv made it very hard to even open the doors without scractching my legs on the bushes next to it.Secondly, the listing is somewhat misrepresented.It appears like the lagoon is part of the stay and we had assumed we had a lagoon view The lagoon is a few blocks away and you have to purchase tickets to get in. Maybe a misunderstanding on our part but additional information spelling this out on the listing would be helpful.

Condo in New Tampa

Our family enjoyed our stay at Yvonne’s place. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Location makes moving around the area easy. The lagoon and Starbucks within walking distance are a winning combination.

Would definitely stay here again!

Yvonne is the best host. She is quick to respond and very accommodating. The townhouse is lovely, clean and conveniently close to a Publix and freeways. We loved that this property was pet friendly and my kids loved it here. Sadly we didn’t get to use the water park as we were only there for two nights. We were only 20 minutes from Snowcat Ridge and only 30 minutes from Busch Gardens! We would love to come back when it’s a little warmer and do the water park. Thanks Yvonne! We loved our stay!

Super Clean and Quiet

Host was very responsive. Our stay was comfortable, and the pictures were a true reflection of the accommodations. We were in for a family event and enjoyed our downtime while not at the event. Would highly recommend it, especially for those who are vacationing and going to the Lagoon amusement park area. It was in walking distance (long walk) and is a great place to stay with your family couples or just friends.

Very nice condo… Also, very clean and in a great location.

Perfect spot for family to stay!

This is a great location to visit the lagoon and the Tampa Bay Area! The host was extremely helpful and available for any questions and the home was clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this one, our family had a wonderful time.

Fantastic! Excellent place to stay.

The home felt home with plenty of room. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was identical to the listing which is very key to my requirements. The neighborhood was very nice. The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous. April getaway

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to Krate city and Epperson Lagoon. We did not need to contact the host at all during our stay but she sent a couple messages making sure we had everything we needed and offered to help with any questions we may have had. This property was very close to family we have in the area, will definitely be staying again!
