Welcome to this beautiful villa style home in the best location in Lakeland, FL. Walking distance to Southgate Plaza and Lake Hollingsworth. Get to Disney, Epcot, Lego Land in under an hour, get to the Gulf Beaches in about 50 min. Lakeland boasts several outstanding events as well! If you’re lucky enough to be here for Fun N Sun Airshow, Pigfest or Mayfaire on The Lake memories will be made! Centrally located on a tree lined brick street, very safe and quiet.
The minute you walk in the door you’ll appreciate the attention to detail and luxurious touches throughout. The house is tastefully decorated, comfy beds with quality linens, extremely clean and very well organized so everything you need is right at your finger tips. Sleeps up to 6 people. Dependable wifi for all your business and streaming needs, with a host that is 10 minutes away should you need her! Kitchen and grill area are ready for your family meal prep, and a coffee/tea area to keep you fueled for fun!

Wonderful Stay

Kelly was wonderful! The house was so clean and full of goodies. Every drawer was labeled in the kitchen. Neighborhood was so nice and quiet. We stayed there as we had business in the area. Will stay there again for sure.

Awesome house in a great location!

We really enjoyed staying here for a few weeks. The house is really nice and just as the pictures portray. Kelly was great to communicate with us. Easy check in and she even had starter groceries for us. Also, a great neighborhood in a really convenient location.

This house is amazing. The host is so accommodating and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The host was a great communicator and even gave me the heads up on the weather before I arrived!!! I would like to give this stay 20 stars!!!

Family Visit

Our immediate impression was that this was the perfect fit for our needs. Clean, thoughtfully furnished and plenty of space on a quiet street. The amenities were well organized and nothing was lacking. Grocery store was minutes away and the trail around the lake was nearby for daily walks.
