- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of $70 for the first night/unit and $60 for every succeeding night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old;

- The maximum number of days you can book per reservation is only 28.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 45/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.
