STEPS to the BEACH: Perfect Midtown Location!
Located in the heart of mid-town this condo is beachside - less than 100 steps to the beach, no busy streets to cross!
It comes with fully equipped recently renovated kitchen, with two car parking, keyless entry, wifi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, and community pool. Linens, towels, and beach towels also provided for an extra $75 charge, please let me know if you would like to add on.
Perfect mid-town location across the street from popular dining such as Mackey's, AlleyOops, Tequila Frogs, Bad Monkey, Johnny's Pizza, and Fractured Prune. Close to Mini Golf, Candy Kitchen, Dumsers, shopping and many other attractions. There is something for everyone within walking distance.
The outdoor patio has a bistro table (photo to be updated) to be able to drink your coffee in the mornings. The pool offers a great option after a beach day and perfect for non-beach days.
Large outdoor storage stocked with body board, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella...everything you need for a good time at the beach. Drying rack also provided to hang towels after a day at the pool or beach.
We do not rent for senior week and absolutely no parties. Minimum age to rent is 25.
