There is a large front yard ending in a private sandy beach on the waterfront. This is very user-friendly for small children. There is a dock for swimming and fishing. This is an ideal area for paddle sports!
Sandy Cove enjoys a large multi-level deck overlooking the yard and waterfront. This waterfront home has several features to enhance your vacation: a hot tub, multilevel deck, kids’ play fort, sandbox, basketball hoop, and sand volleyball court.
This home was renovated recently, which included a new kitchen with granite countertops, an addition with a master bedroom suite, and new hardwood floor in living room.
Canoe and kayak rentals are available in the area. Sandy Cove is convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park and youth baseball tournaments in Oneonta.
