Park like setting in the heart of the city. Situated on half an acre in the hip neighborhood of historic Germantown. Updated kitchen with marble countertops and updated appliances. Convenient off street parking. Close to the airport, Downtown, Churchill Downs, Bardstown Rd (restaurant row), Convention Center, Fairgrounds, University of Louisville - Cardinal Stadium, Yum Center, The Palace, Waterfront Park and Kentucky Kingdom.
The space
Amazing outside hang out with three grills. Whole house is broken up into 3 separate units. All beds are queen size. Shared free laundry facility complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Shared large backyard hang out space with three grills. Iron and ironing board in unit. Kitchen well equipped. Towels and blankets provided with extras if needed. Bed all have firm and soft pillows.

Free WIFI. Netflix on all smart TVs. Printer with airprint. DVD players. Games, books and DVDs. Laundry facility. Sunroom, backyard and grilling areas. Free garden to pick veggies from - tomatoes, herbs, peppers and cucumbers.

Cute little house

Although it said we were on the second floor we were pleasantly surprised that there weren't many stairs, and there was access to driveway through the back door. It was an open floor plan and had everything we needed.

Absolutely the best!

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! We were visiting Louisville for a basketball tournament. The house was just the right size for our family of four to stay. It had a clean, perfectly stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We loved the screened in porch in the back. The area was quiet and convenient to the Kentucky Expo Center. We did not have time to walk the street, but I would have felt comfortable doing so. The directions for getting into the house were clear and easy to follow. Wesley was very prompt in returning messages when we needed some information. We come to this basketball tournament every year, and we've stayed in several Air B&B's and hotels; this one was by far our favorite and we do plan on staying here again next year. Highly recommend!

Ehhh…

Not what we were expecting. Backyard isn’t maintained well-couldn’t utilize it. Living room area doesn’t have comfortable seating. Pull out mattress is terrible & didn’t have linens. Lack of lighting & outlets. Fridge needed cleaning. Needs repair & new paint everywhere. My daughter opened a kitchen drawer & front of cabinets collapsed. The entire unit was very old, felt pieced together & not aesthetically pleasing. Luckily, we didn’t need to spend a lot of time there.
