Cozy Studio in North Hyde Park... close to shopping and local attractions. Full size bed,, full kitchen, 1 bathroom and eating space.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Comfortable, safe, and well-located

This unit is small, but it was just me and my dog. There was an odd smell when I arrived, but I opened the windows for an hour and it was resolved. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The unit has a dedicated parking spot, and there's a nice grassy area with a fire pit to enjoy if the weather allows.

The property is very nice. Note- contrary to listing stating this property managed by a single individual, this property is managed by a management company and they require additional registration processes and tasks outside the VRBO systems that make reservation process and check in process very difficult.

This property was small but very comfortable including the bed. It had everything we needed. Close to UT and downtown Tampa. Property management company was very responsive.
