Gulf House #402 is nestled in a low-density complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator. The Gulf House complex offers a wonderful swimming pool, with lots of lounging chairs, a covered area beside the pool, picnic tables by the provided charcoal grills, private beach access with and outdoor shower, and a coin operated laundry facility.

Come stay with us in this Gorgeously decorated and updated home including beautiful beadboard ceilings, gorgeous tile flooring, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, glazed tile backsplash, pendant and recessed lighting, amazing tile walk in shower, beautiful shiplap walls in the bathrooms, clean & cozy furniture, all bundled together in your favorite beachy colors! The Primary Bedroom hosts a Plush King Size Bed, Large screen Smart TV, an amazing Beach View, and a private full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 presents a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 hosts another Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest 1 & 2 both share the main full bathroom, with a shower/ tub combo, just off the hallway. The Living Area entails a relaxing recliner, small side chair, a large Sleeper Sofa (extra sleeping), and a Large Screen, Smart TV for watching the games! The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a full meal to feed the hungry family. And don't forget, take your coffee from the provided coffee/ k-cup machine, or favorite beverage, out on the balcony to watch the beach activity and enjoy the sounds of the waves.

** The complex is in between Cable/ Satellite providers a of February 5th, 2025. There are 2 Roku devices provided in the meantime.

**Walkway concrete repair going on at a building next to Gulf House. May be noisy at times from 9 AM until 5:30 PM. Projected end date is 4/25/2025.

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Great place!

We enjoyed a quick weekend family get away & taking our babies to the beach and letting them experience all the fun things to do! There were games and crayons for the kids, very clean Place. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great vacation

The condo was exactly as described! It was really clean with an amazing view. From our door to the water was about a 10 minute walk (would have been quicker if not for the sand lol). The kids really enjoyed pool too!

Girls Trip - Cheaper Than Therapy

We were staying for our friend's 50th birthday. We loved this property. It was very clean, small, no wait for elevators, convenient to restaurants, shopping, site seeing, access to beach was great.

A little bit of heaven

From start to finish nothing but complete enjoyment. Tons of well stocked appliances, comfy beds, gorgeous views, and many places and things to do. Staff a true blessing and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to many more visits!

Last Minute Family Trip

The condo was perfect, location perfect for beach and loved sitting on balcony overlooking the beach. Not really within walking distance but short drive, so not an issue. Would definitely recommend this condo and company, whom made everything easy.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Overall nice experience! More updated condo with lots of storage. It is close to the ocean sounds with beautiful views and nicely located near restaurant’s and shops. Easy to park. Only thing that kept us from booking initially was for the price it did not have it’s own laundry, but we were able to get by without.

Fabulous stay

Everything we called the property manager about, she was on top of it. This condo is beautifully done, and amenities were perfect. Only thing I can say had nothing to do with prop mgmt, kids from The Whaler building next door were jumping the wall and swimming in pool after midnight, when asked to leave they threw things. That’s the only prob I see with this building is the accessibility of the pool area after hours.

Beautiful place!

We loved this place! It was close to everything! Decor was beautiful in the condo! There were only two things we didn’t like, and they are just personal preference. One, the kitchen is very small, galley style. And two, the washer and dryer are not inside the condo itself. But, like I said those two things are not deal breakers for us. We would stay here again!! And our agent Kelly was very nice, professional, and helpful! We will definitely be contacting her for future bookings!!

We were pleased with the condo.We were disappointed that we did not have our own laundry.

The cleaner of the elevator used was atrocious,&@ awful! We also were not able to access the pool area because we were not given the password.

Disappointing stay

The property was great. Just as advertised with a beautiful view. The problem started when I found myself with three vehicles and only two parking passes. I contacted the POC and was to there was no way I could get another parking pass so I had to rent a space two miles away. Was also told that one was not needed during the day but their live in parking monitor was going to have my vehicle towed at 5:30 in the afternoon. She was most rude and difficult to even try to talk with and explain the situation. This is a great property worth the money as long as nothing comes up and you need out of the normal assistance

When told that we were a group of 68-86 year olds, Celebrity Vacation Rentals personnel met us and brought all of our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. That totally set the tone for a wonderful stay in a well equipped, comfortable, beautifully maintained and decorated unit. And Mother Nature provided great weather to make this a memorable reunion.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and college aged children spent a full week here. The location was perfect with a very calm, relaxed beach (we were even there for Independence Day). The accommodations were pleasantly stocked with multiple cooking options (pots, pans, griddle, etc) and plenty of utensils. We ate in the condo most of the week so we didn't venture to any nearby restaurants (except when I ordered 2 pizzas and 6 2L bottles of Root Beer). The community was wonderful. The single drawback was intermittent challenges with the elevator. The hosts were EXCELLENT and responsive to communicate quickly to the HOA. Thank you for opening this unit for rent and we look forward to a potential return in future years!

We have stayed in several Phoenix in the past and it’s always such a headache with elevators, parking and crowded beaches but not this trip!! Definitely smaller condo makes a huge difference on the happiness you experience! We also loved the beach lockers down by the pool! Saves so much time and tracking sand to your room each day! I would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So 2 hours before we were to arrive at the place we booked, we received a call letting us know that we needed to be moved because there was an "issue" with the that specific unit. We were told it was an "upgrade" but we didn't really have a choice in the matter when I asked. We chose the first place because of an indoor/outdoor pool, laundry in the unit, proximity to friends that were down in the area as well, and the number of beds for our kids. We were placed in unit that was 25 minutes further away from the people we purposefully booked near, no laundry in the unit, no indoor pool but did have a really small and freezing to boot, and had an extra bedroom but less total beds. When we called to inquire about a refund for the inconvenience, and not getting anything we actually were booking on we were met with tons of attitude, resistance, reasons why we got an "upgrade", etc. It seems to me that when you call a family on the way down for a vacation they are spending hard earned money on, and tell them that everything they were planning on and around is going to be changed, you would do a better job about actually serving the customer. We were not looking for a free vacation but inquired about a refund. We could have dug in our heals on the front end and made it miserable for the people trying to find another place for us but we decided to be flexible and go with it. I was blown away that the lady we were on the phone with was trying to make us feel like it was somehow our fault that things changed. It was the greatest display of "what not to do" for a family YOU displaced. The weather was great, the place we ended up staying at was fine, Gulf shores has a lot to do, but our expectations were not met when it came to actually honoring people and realizing that what you did could have completely thrown off their entire time. I will also be looking to give a review on a more public platform to warn other families about the experience they could encounter.

Great. View and location for beach walking

Reviewer Comments: The unit I booked was under construction so this was an unexpected upgrade which worked out well. It was bigger same area much nicer layout. It appeared to be recently redecorated probably due to the hurricane which I understand hit this building hard.
