An optional electric heater is available in winter for an additional fee when temperatures drop below 75°F. Ceiling LED lights add an unforgettable vibe.
For more entertainment, there's another 75" TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in each bedroom. The outdoor covered patio is perfect for relaxing, with seating overlooking the yard, hammocks, fireplace, and pool—or enjoy a movie night on the 65" patio Smart TV.
Important Pool Info:
The saltwater pool is 52" deep, so younger kids may not reach the bottom. Regardless of age or height, adult supervision is a must. No glass or sharp objects are allowed in or near the pool. Ask me about the current water temperature!

The strong Wi-Fi router with extenders provides steady 2.4 and 5 GHz signals for all work and gaming needs. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals, or you can take a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown Palm Harbor's popular restaurants, bars, live music venues, and local breweries. How about kayaking? Halfway to the famous Honeymoon Island on Dunedin Causeway rent one and visit Caladesi Island (voted #1 beach in N.America 2008); paddle along the edge of the mangrove forest where the water averages only 2 to 5 feet deep the grass flats are protected, (no motor boats allowed) dolphins, ospreys are very common, manatee and eagles are seen on occasion along with hundreds of species of migratory birds and fish that visit the island make this a kayaking paradise, chill later in "High and Dry" Tiki bar watching the sunset or rent a jet ski for a Sunset tour!
If you're a kayak fan, a must-do is a visit to Weeki Wachee Springs and paddle down the river. Reserve your spot in advance.

TROUBLESHOOT AND IMPORTANT INFO:
The soundbar must be ON for enhanced sound in the Game Room & Living Room TVs.
It also can be used as a Bluetooth stereo to stream music from your devices.
Push the INPUT button on the remote to toggle between Xbox and TV.
In rare situations, if the TV isn't responsive or loses internet connection, press and hold the power button until it resets or pull the power plug, wait 1 min, and restart the TV again.
Water alarms are placed on the bathroom floor; if they sense water, the main water valve will shut off automatically to prevent flooding. Wipe the sensor and the floor, put the sensor back on the floor, and call me to turn the valve back on. You can also turn it back yourself. The valve is located on the exterior wall by the AC compressor.
Please don't try to tamper with the pool equipment, valves, or heater. It's fully automated and remotely operated. Please call me if you have any problems.
The front entry light turns on automatically at sundown and turns off at sunrise.
Patio lights turn on at sundown and turn off at midnight. You can override this simply with an on/off switch and dim it as needed.
Additionally, two patio fans are turned on from the inside switch by patio SGDs. 3-speed adjustment by pulling the chain in each fan.
A/C in the Game Room is always on (blowing air) regardless of temperature. You can change the temperature only with a remote located near the door.
The tankless water heater is located in Game Room near the Projector screen and set to 135 degrees. Temperature can be changed by moving the dial on WH.
Fire extinguishers are inside the laundry sink cabinet and the kitchen sink base cabinet with a First Aid Kit.
Do not put grill or firepit covers on hot or even warm surfaces. It will melt/stick and ruin both the grill/firepit and the cover.
Watch for the laundry room step.
Garbage pick up twice a week on Tue & Fridays. The garbage can must be taken out to the street the night before, the company may pick it up very early sometimes.
