The house is meticulously maintained & it sits on 3 wooded acres. Located on a private street, it’s only 5 minutes from the entrance to 7 Springs.
Enjoy the hot tub on our expansive decks, which overlook a private/stocked pond (catch / release). Great home for a weekend on the slopes or a large family vacation.
Enjoy our fire pit, two large masters & 4 (four) 60" smart TV's w/ cable.

We are from the Pittsburgh area and love to travel via VRBO and Airbnb all the time. We've open the doors to our beloved mountain home, so you can do the same!
Why they chose this property
The Rocky Nut is located in a private and quiet setting (private drive), where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy our stocked pond (catch and release), the large hot tub and our expansive decks. The house is meticulously maintained and we think you'll love it!
We're also only 5 minutes from the Seven Springs entrance and 10 minutes from Hidden Valley. Enjoy!

What makes this property unique
We have a stocked pond (catch and release), a beautiful fire pit area, huge decks (half covered and half exposed), a large hot tub, a fireplace and wood burner inside (should you desire to use them...not necessary) and lots of very large smart TV's. This house is setup perfectly for a large family getaway. We're also only 5 minutes from the Seven Springs entrance!
