The building has a pool, gym, pool table, meeting rooms, and direct private access to the beach. At walking distance from the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood. Complimentary snacks and a free welcome gift. A $30 FOB must be purchased upon check-in to be paid directly to the building administration.
The condo is perfect for family vacations or business travelers. On-site utility room, play room & Gym. All electric, central air, and luxurious tile floors.
